Did come across a video and it was awesome. If you plan on doing this job follow that video. I developed the P0017 code on my 2010 Equinox 3.0 with 79,000 miles back in 2015 resulting in replacement of the cam shaft actuator, and actuator solenoid which did not fix the issue. All 3 timing chains were then changed with the tensioners which did cure the issue.
