ELFX w/ Hardcore is the best IMO...I would make the switch to Lux if they ever do what Hardcore for ..., Elfx is probably the best one, but I haven't used both mod since last year. I personally use relighting skyrim and ele, with purity handling my weather. That combination runs lighter as purity Al's handles waters, waterfalls and other mods. The only other one I know of that plays well with cot is rlo, and many people say its even heavier than elfx.
